The University of the Philippines School of Urban and Regional Planning (UP SURP) invites all urban planners, researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit abstracts for the 5th International Conference in Urban and Regional Planning and the 18th PASCAL International Conference on Learning Cities. The conference’s theme is “Sustainable Development Futures: From Knowledge to Practice” to be held on 12-13 November 2024.
